Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free Starter plan lets you build and publish a sponsor page with no payment setup — no card required. Sponsors browse and inquire for free too.

How do I get Pro access?

Organizer Pro is currently invite-only through our Beta Program. Enter a beta invite code on the Pro card to create a beta account with 90 days of Pro access.

What happens after the 90-day beta?

When your 90-day beta period ends, you'll move to the free Starter plan. We'll share upgrade options before then.

What if I don't have a beta code?

Beta access is limited to invited testers. Join the waitlist and we'll send a code when more spots open.

How do sponsors reach organizers?

Every published event gets a shareable public page. Sponsors browse your packages and send an inquiry — you coordinate the details directly.

What does Sponsor Pro include?

For organizers: unlimited published events and packages, email inquiry alerts, and a sponsor history dashboard. For sponsors: saved searches with email alerts and a sponsor activity dashboard. It's free to browse and inquire — Pro adds power tools for active users on both sides.

Can I change my packages later?

Always. Edit names, prices and benefits any time, then republish your page.
