The platform
SponsorRally is a marketplace for event information. Organizers publish sponsorship packages; sponsors browse and inquire. SponsorRally is not a party to any agreement between an organizer and a sponsor and does not process payments between them.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the event and package details you publish and for the right to use any logos or images you upload. You grant SponsorRally a license to display your published content for the purpose of operating the platform.
Conduct
You agree not to publish false, misleading or infringing content, not to spam businesses with unsolicited messages, and not to misrepresent SponsorRally or other users.
Sponsorships
Any sponsorship arrangement, payment, exchange of goods or services, and fulfillment of benefits is solely between the organizer and the sponsor. SponsorRally has no liability for the outcome of any sponsorship.
Accounts
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
