1. Cover

Event name, date, location and a single headline that states the opportunity for the sponsor.

2. Introduction

One short paragraph: who organizes the event, who attends and why it matters to the community.

3. Audience at a glance

Expected attendance, online reach and two or three audience characteristics a sponsor cares about.

4. Sponsorship packages

Show each tier's price and concrete benefits. If your packages are cumulative, clearly indicate which lower-tier benefits are included in higher tiers. Use the SponsorRally PDF studio to generate this from your packages.

5. Why this sponsor

Two or three sentences connecting the sponsor's audience to your event's audience.

6. The ask and next step

Name the recommended tier, the deadline and a single call to action — usually a link to your public sponsor page or a short call.
